Cass Winery is a family-owned winery located in Paso Robles, California, USA. The winery was established in 2005 by Steve Cass and Ted Plemons, with a focus on producing premium wines that reflect the unique terroir of the Paso Robles AVA (American Viticultural Area).

Cass Winery's vineyards are sustainably farmed and the winery produces a range of varietals including Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Grenache, Mourvedre, Viognier, and Roussanne. In honor of Women’s History Month, we are so excited to have Kira Ballotta, winemaker for Olivia Brion wines, all the way from Napa Valley! This evening, we will be offering four wines for tasting: 2021 Olivia Brion “Taquine” Proprietary White Blend, 2019 Olivia Brion “Mon Amour Interdit” Grenache – Chilled Red, 2019 Olivia Brion Russian River Valley Pinot Noir and 2019 Olivia Brion “Les Vagabondes” Tempranillo. Kira will be introducing us to these wines and guiding us through the tasting!
