Cass Winery is a family-owned winery located in Paso Robles, California, USA. The winery was established in 2005 by Steve Cass and Ted Plemons, with a focus on producing premium wines that reflect the unique terroir of the Paso Robles AVA (American Viticultural Area).

Cass Winery's vineyards are sustainably farmed and the winery produces a range of varietals including Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Grenache, Mourvedre, Viognier, and Roussanne. In addition to producing wine, Cass Winery also offers a variety of experiences for visitors, including wine tastings, tours, and a farm-to-table restaurant.

Cass Winery has received numerous accolades for their wines, including being named "Winery of the Year" by the San Francisco International Wine Competition in 2018.
